Ingredients
2 Kallo
Tomato Salsa, Lime & Coriander Veggie Cakes
½ ball of mozzarella, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 tsp basil oil
Few fresh basil leaves, optional
How to make
Top the cakes with the mozzarella and tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle over the basil oil and scatter over the basil leaves.
