Mix the sweet chilli and soy sauce into your serving bowl. You can add a dash of sriracha if you like a bit of heat.
Layer the noodles (cooked as per the on pack instructions) with a handful of stir fry vegetables & bean sprouts in a deep bowl. Top with sliced spring onion & sprinkle with fresh or dried coriander.
