Ingredients

  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 small pot of double cream or crème fraîche
  • a handful of pecan nuts
  • brown sugar
  • icing sugar

How to make

  1. Chop up the banana and caramelise in a pan using half a table spoon of brown sugar. Add a generous dollop of whipped double cream to each rice cake, then top with the banana, roughly chopped pecans and a dusting of icing sugar.
